Alcohol and Tobacco Policy


Alcohol Policy

1. **General Guidelines:**

   - Guests must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol on board.

    -Consumption of alcoholic beverages on the dock or the public pier is NOT allowed.

   - The consumption of alcohol must be done responsibly, and excessive drinking that disturbs other guests or endangers safety will not be tolerated. 2-3 drinks per person is recommended.

   - Any guest deemed to be intoxicated may be asked to disembark at the next available stop.

2. **Allowed Beverages:**

   - Wine: Only wine bottles are permitted, provided they are securely stored and served in appropriate glassware.

   - Canned and plastic bottled beverages: Beer, cider, and other alcoholic beverages in cans or plastic bottles ONLY are permitted to be brought on board.

   - Non-alcoholic beverages: Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic drinks on board.

3. **Glass Policy:**

   - For safety reasons, glass bottles are prohibited, except for wine bottles.

   - Wine bottles must be handled with care and disposed of responsibly.

4. **No Hard Liquor Policy:**

   - Hard liquor, including but not limited to vodka, rum, whiskey, gin, and tequila, is not allowed on board. Hard Seltzers and pre canned cocktails are allowed.

5. **Service Hours:**

   - Alcohol consumption will be allowed during designated tour hours, and only onboard the vessel.

   - The crew reserves the right to limit or suspend alcohol service at their discretion.

6. **Responsible Service:**

   - Crew members reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underaged.

   - Guests are encouraged to drink water and consume food while enjoying alcoholic beverages.

7. **Safety Precautions:**

   - All guests should be familiar with the location of life jackets and emergency exits.

   - Alcohol consumption is not permitted in areas designated as safety zones or during safety briefings.

8. **Legal Compliance:**

   - This alcohol policy complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing alcohol consumption on watercraft.

   - Guests are responsible for adhering to local alcohol laws while on shore excursions.

9. **Zero Tolerance Policy:**

   - Any guest found violating this alcohol policy or engaging in disruptive behavior related to alcohol consumption may be subject to immediate removal from the tour boat without refund.
